Preventive Maintenance
Regular inspections of AC (filters, performance), plumbing (leaks, pressure), electrical systems, doors, locks, windows, and water systems (tank, pumps).
Corrective Maintenance
Rapid response to breakdowns, coordination with specialist contractors (AC, plumbing, electrical), management of urgent and planned repairs.
Deep Cleaning
Thorough periodic cleaning of windows, rails, fans, cupboards, kitchen, curtains and textiles, walls and surfaces, and all equipment.
Vacant Property Care
Regular light cleaning (dust and insects), ventilation, humidity and mould prevention — your property stays guest-ready at all times.
Pest Control
Basic fumigation and additional treatments as required.
Exterior & Equipment
Pool maintenance (cleaning, chemical balance), exterior materials (wood, chukum), terrace and outdoor space checks.
Furniture & Appliances
